العمل الحر أساس النجاح والتقدم
يشعر الكثير من الموظفين بالضجر من تحكم المدراء بهم ومن زيادة التزاماتهم مع النقص الشديد في رواتبهم، كما يشعرون بالضجر بسبب الوقت الكبير الذي يقضونه بالعمل.
فالوظائف حاليا أصبحت مرهقة بشكل كبير - الروتين اليومي - الأجر قليل - الاحتياجات المتراكمة - عدد ساعات العمل الكبيرة والتي قد تستهلك أكثر من نصف يوم الموظف في بعض الأحيان.
كلها عوامل تستدعي من جميع الموظفين اعادة النظر في أسلوب حياتهم الوظيفية والمهنية والعمل على تطويرها أو إيجاد بديل عملي لهذه الوظائف.
في تايوان قام 41,6 % من موظفي الدولة بالاعتراض على عدد الساعات الطويلة والمرهقة التي تتطلبها وظائفهم وذلك حسب استطلاع رأي تم اجراءه في شهر نوفمبر العام الماضي 2019.
قد أظهر الاستطلاع أيضًا 438,407 من الموظفين اتجهوا لترك وظائفهم والبدء في العمل الحر ومن هنا بدأ التفكير في العمل الحر كبديل مميز للوظيفة المرهقة.
تعريف العمل الحر
يعرف العمل الحر على أنه عمل غير تقليدي وهو مصطلح يتم إطلاقه على أي عمل أو مشروع من طرف الشخص الذي يعمل لحسابه الشخص فقط.
ويختلف العمل الحر بشكل كبير عن الوظيفة في العديد من النقاط بل ويتفوق العمل الحر على الوظيفة في معظم جوانب هذه الفروقات.

من أهم مميزات العمل الوظيفي هو القدرة على سداد الالتزامات من أقساط ومصاريف وغيرها، فالموظف يستطيع التخطيط لصرف مرتبه نظرًا لأنه يعلم جيدًا المرتب الذي يتقاضاه.
عيوب العمل الوظيفي:
أ- عدم وجود الفرصة لتطوير مهاراتك وإثبات ذاتك:
أسوأ عيوب العمل الوظيفي أنه لا يمكنك من تطوير مهاراتك وإثبات ذاتك وإظهار إبداعك خاصةً إذا كان العمل في جهة حكومية، فالوظيفة عبارة عن روتين ممل وقاتل ولا توجد أي وسيلة للتعلم والتطوير
ب- سطوة المدير واضطرارك للالتزام بالتعليمات:
من ضمن العيوب المضجرة في الوظيفة هي سطوة المدير عليك حيث العمل في بيئة مليئة بالتحكميات وفرض الآراء وما عليك إلا الرضوخ والالتزام بالتعليمات حتى لو لم تكن تراها مناسبة وهذا مما يقتل الإبداع داخل أي موظف.

عيوب العمل الحر:
أ- دخل غير ثابت بدون تأمين:
توجد مشكلة واحدة فقط في العمل الحر وهي أن الدخل غير ثابت وغير مضمون وفي حال حدوث مشكلة صحية لا توجد أي تأمينات أو معاشات.
